The Africa Center for Strategy & Policy was born out of the realization that while with the best intentions at heart, most of the non-profits and charity efforts aimed at improving life in Africa fail to highlight the positives and potential of Africans. Instead, they focus on the conflict and hardship the continent faces, which has served to define Africa and its peoples for generations. We change those negative stereotypes by working on building up what works in Africa, rather than focusing on fixing failures.
