REFUND POLICY

As a non-profit organization, our goal is to maintain the lowest fees as possible. Please ensure that you understand the refund policy in its entirety as there will be no refunds granted after 24 hours of your donations as refunds can incur transaction fees and costs.

Acstrap WILL ONLY DO A REFUND WHEN THE FOLLOWING ARE MET: All refund requests must be in writing through the contact form on this website and received within 24 hours from the moment payment is made. Also, no refunds will be made for donations of less than $500.

For any questions regarding charges made to your credit card or bank account, please contact us immediately. We are happy to help you with any questions you may have and even happier to correct any billing errors on our part. You may also have access to all past and recurring charges made through your account.
